Tips for shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale:
1. Determine what you need. Assess your closet to identify what you need. Are there staple pieces missing or tried and true items that could use an update? Make sure to shop for these things while shopping the sale.
2. Set a budget. It’s so important to decide in advance how much to spend on the sale. Whether that be an all in budget or several item-specific budgets, be sure to prioritize your personal finances before shopping.
3. Use the must have rule. I am free flowing when I hit “add to cart” but before completing my purchase I always review. Consider each piece and ask yourself “Do I have to have it?” Anything that you even question should be removed. Chances are if you’re not sure you have to have it now, it will likely sit in your closet with tags on it later.
